My therapeutic philosophy

I am a person-centred therapist, which means that my goal as a therapist is to help you achieve your goals: to help you heal and grow, to overcome the difficulties you feel limited by and to become better able to pursue your aspirations.

I am also an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of theories and techniques, rather than sticking rigidly to one particular approach.
I see value in many therapeutic approaches, and integrate the techniques that are most helpful for the particular person. My focus is
always on what therapeutic styles will help you to heal and grow and achieve your goals.
